Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Clear drawstring bags are available for purchase at our box office window.

This varies depending on the individual artist's policy. Most small point-and-shoot and cell-phone cameras are allowed. Cameras with detachable lenses are considered to be professional grade and are not allowed  into the venue, unless the artist has given prior approval to individual via an official media pass. Security will ask guests to leave such cameras in their cars.

Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.

If you lose an item while you are at an event,  please email roxiantheatre@livenation.com to see if it has been turned in. The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days.

All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For more information on mobile entry, click here. Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.

Cashless payments will be available at all points of sale and are recommended.

Coat check is available inside the venue on the lower basement level by the main bathrooms. Guests can also check their merchandise at this station. Unfortunately, we are not able to check large or oversized bags.

In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on staying for the rest of the show.

A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events and to consume alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include state-issued ID or Driver’s License, valid non-expired US Government or Military ID, or an official passport.

We have a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.

We are a completely non-smoking venue. There is a designated smoking section outside of the venue's primary entry doors. Please note the smoking section is not accessible at the beginning of shows, as that space may still be occupied by fans in line for entry.

Most shows are all ages unless otherwise specified on our event calendar. Valid ID will be required for shows with age restrictions.

The box office at our venue is located to the left the main doors of the venue and will be open on-day-of-show only. On days that we have shows, the box office is typically open 2 hours prior to showtime.

The box office is the only point of sale that accepts credit, debit, or cash.

All guests ages 2 and older need a ticket for entry. Please provide ear protection for children.

We have reserved seats in our Upper and Lower Balcony for sale for most shows. We also offer first come, first served seating in our Skybox Lounge or RoxBox for an additional charge  The main floor is Standing Room Only, unless otherwise specified.

Seats in our Balcony Right section go by even numbers while seats in our Balcony Left section go by odd numbers. Example: Balcony Left – Seats 1/3/6/9, Balcony Right – Seats 2/4/6/8

Unless a show cancels or changes time by more than two hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the point of purchase for inquiries.

Will call tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.

Our General Admission Seating is all accessible via ramps or elevator. Balcony seating is not wheelchair accessible and patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets via Ticketmaster to our ADA section on the lower level. Please purchase ADA accessible tickets via Ticketmaster or General Admission and speak to staff upon arrival.
