A valid ID is required to attend any age restricted events and to consume alcohol. Accepted forms of identification include state-issued ID or Driver’s License, valid non-expired US Government or Military ID, or an official passport.

Roxian Theatre has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law, and if you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warnings and will not be eligible for a refund.

All guests ages 2 and older need a ticket for entry. Please provide ear protection for children.

Unless a show cancels or changes time by more than two hours, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the point of purchase for inquiries.

If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled or rescheduled, visit www.livenation.com/refund for more information. If you purchased tickets at the box office, please email us at roxiantheatre@livenation.com.

Ticketmaster will call opens at door time or meet and greet check-in time. Artist guest list may not arrive until doors time. Remember to bring your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase your tickets!

Tickets are not transferable. The original ticket purchaser must go back to the original point of purchase to make the change. If you are a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP client, please touch base with your original point of contact and they will get in touch with us to make any changes on your behalf.

In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back!

The Roxian is a completely non-smoking venue.During events there is a smoking section set up outside of the venue's primary entry doors in order to accommodate smoking patrons. Please note the smoking section is not accessible at the beginning of shows, as that space may still be occupied by fans in line for entry.

Our General Admission Seating is all accessable via ramps or elevator. Balcony seating is not wheelchair accesable and patrons are encouraged to purchase tickets via ticketmaster to our ADA section on the lower level. Please purchase ADA accessible tickets via Ticketmaster or General Admission and speak to staff upon arrival.

Our venue has an elevator that gives you access to all floors.

Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages.

Most events only offer General Admission standing and seating, which are first-come, first-serve. Please refer to the event page for seating options by event.

If you lose an item while you are at an event,  please email roxiantheatre@livenation.com to see if it has been turned in. The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days.

It depends on each individual artist or performer's policies. Usually, small point-and-shoot cameras and cell-phone cameras are allowed. Cameras with detachable lenses on them are considered to be professional-length are not allowed to be brought into the venue, unless artist has given prior approval to individual. Security will ask guests to leave such cameras in their cars.

Yes, during the winter months there is a coat check is available inside the venue on the lower basement level by the main bathrooms. Unfortunately, we are not able to check large or oversized bags.

The Roxian Theatre has reserved seats in our Upper and Lower Balcony for sale for most shows. We also offer first come, first served seating in our Skybox Lounge or RoxBox for an additional charge  The main floor is Standing Room Only, unless otherwise specified.

Seats in our Balcony Right section go by even numbers (seat 2/4/6/8), while seats in our Balcony Left section go by odd numbers (seat 1/3/6/9). Example: Balcony Left – Seats 1/3/6/9, Balcony Right – Seats 2/4/6/8

Most shows are all ages events, unless otherwise specified on our event calendar. The venue has multiple levels, both with bars. The first floor has a bar on the left side and the upstairs bar is located behind the seated mezzanine. You MUST be 21 with valid ID in order to order from either of these areas.
